Our standard CRISPR/Cas9 GM mouse production service involves three staged service modules.

  1. Stage 1: CRISPR design
  2. Stage 2: CRISPR animal production
  1. Stage 3: Genotyping and sequencing

2. Stage 2: CRISPR animal production

Week 1

  • Superovulation regime

  • Microinjection/ electroporation of DNA

  • Embryo Transfer of injected eggs

Week 4

  • Due date of birth

  • TASQ will notify researcher of birth and pup numbers

Week 5

  • Tissue samples will be collected for genotyping and sent to client or genotyping service

Week 7

  • Progeny will be weaned. Transgenic founders can now be moved to appropriate animal facility

Note:

  • TASQ will notify researcher scheduled times for injections

  • TASQ will notify researcher when pups are born and sampled
