Our standard CRISPR/Cas9 GM mouse production service involves three staged service modules.

  1. Stage 1: CRISPR design
  2. Stage 2: CRISPR animal production
  1. Stage 3: Genotyping and sequencing

3. Stage 3: Genotyping and sequencing

3~6 weeks depends on the type of project and number of founder animal need to be screened

  • PCR optimization

  • Genomic DNA extraction

  • Raw Screening by TIDE/T7E1/RFLP assay etc.

  • Sub-cloning and sanger sequencing

  • Amplicon sequencing (optional)

Note:

  • QFAGE will notify researcher initial screening results

  • QFAGE will select up to 4 for Sanger sequencing

  • QFAGE will notify researcher sequencing results

  • Researchers will notify TASQ of outcome/fate for each mouse sampled
